This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Janvi Packaging ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order with Janvi Packaging, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. This policy is designed to clearly define responsibilities and ensure transparency in all shipping-related matters.

1. Pricing and Charges Exclusions

All product prices quoted by Janvi Packaging are exclusive of packing, forwarding, and transportation charges. These additional charges are **not included** in the stated product price and shall be borne entirely by the Buyer. A detailed breakdown of these charges will be provided on your official quotation or invoice prior to order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time for orders is generally **8 to 15 days** from the date of confirmation of the order. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, order volume, product customization requirements, logistical constraints, public holidays, unforeseen transit delays, or force majeure events. While Janvi Packaging will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the estimated delivery schedule, we shall not be liable for any delays or consequential losses arising therefrom.

3. Transfer of Risk and Responsibility for Goods in Transit

The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of goods shall pass from Janvi Packaging to the Buyer immediately upon dispatch of the goods from our premises or upon handover to the designated carrier, whichever occurs first. Janvi Packaging explicitly states that it **is not responsible for any loss or damaged goods in transit**. All responsibility for the safe and undamaged arrival of the goods rests solely with the Buyer once the goods have left our facility.

It is the **sole responsibility of the Buyer to arrange and bear the cost of appropriate insurance coverage** for the goods during transit, if desired. Janvi Packaging strongly recommends that Buyers secure comprehensive transit insurance to protect their investment against any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to theft, damage, or loss during transportation. Failure to arrange such insurance shall be at the Buyer's exclusive risk.

4. International Shipments

For all international deliveries, the Buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, levies, and any other fees or charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. Janvi Packaging is not responsible for any delays, confiscations, or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance procedures or the Buyer's failure to comply with import regulations in the destination country.

5. Force Majeure

Janvi Packaging shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under any order if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

6. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
