Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with JANVI PACKAGING, you (the "Buyer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and JANVI PACKAGING.

2. Pricing and Additional Costs

  • Product Price: The price quoted for our products is exclusive of any additional costs.
  • Packing & Forwarding: We ensure your machinery is packaged securely for transit. The cost for professional packing and forwarding will be charged separately and added to your final invoice.
  • Transportation: The cost of transportation and delivery is not included in the product price and will be charged separately based on the delivery location and method.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is designed to be straightforward and secure for both parties:

  • An advance payment of 50% of the total invoice amount is required to confirm your order and initiate the production or processing of your machine.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of dispatch. The machinery will not be handed over to the carrier until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery Period

We are committed to delivering your order promptly. The estimated delivery period is 8 to 15 days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. Please note that this is an estimate and can be subject to factors outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5. Transit, Liability, and Insurance

  • Liability: JANVI PACKAGING is not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of the goods once they are in transit. Our liability ceases once the shipment is handed over to the designated carrier.
  • Insurance: It is the Buyer's responsibility to arrange for and bear the cost of transit insurance. We highly recommend securing insurance to protect your investment against any potential in-transit issues.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our industrial machinery, all sales are final. Once goods are sold and dispatched, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage clients to clarify all specifications and requirements before confirming an order.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Information

All information, specifications, and documentation provided by JANVI PACKAGING are our proprietary property. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this information shall be considered a breach of this agreement and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be treated as a criminal offense under applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of any dispute arising from a transaction, the matter will be governed by the laws of India. The jurisdiction for resolving any such disputes shall be limited exclusively to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with JANVI PACKAGING, you confirm your full agreement to these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a clear and professional business relationship.
